The first one I received was DOA but the seller replaced it no questions asked. We put it out in the garage because the light is constantly left on. Since I installed the new sensor bulb magically everyone now remembers to flip the switch "off" when they leave the garage...go figure! Either way we're saving energy.My only complaint is when I'm working out there it turns off so it would be nice if there were additional timer settings, or maybe be more sensitive to movement so I'm not constantly waiving my arm around so I can see 🤣

My second review. Amazon for some reason did not like that my previous review had pictures of another sensor bulb I owned as well. I have some comparison experience to share. My first bulb was overly sensitive. As you can see you on the pic#2 on the deck we have a time brunch which when moved by the wind would constantly turn the light on and it was annoying. This motion sensor light bulb is better, it lights up when a person shows up, doesn’t turn on when the wind moves leaves on the tree and turns off automatically. Love it. Would buy more.

Oh my gosh I love these bulbs, purchased for the dawn to dusk on the front and back of our house they are bright enough to see across the yard. Then we used one inside our mudroom/entry it is sensitive enough to motion to come on when our little dog enters the house through his doggie door. Then I noticed it actually comes on when I am still outside just stepping onto the porch. We love that. Highly recommend for both dawn-to-dusk and motion activated.

This is very bright. And very sensitive. Light is on for about 15 seconds and dark again. So likely not to use in a closet bc if you stop to think a cpl seconds it’s dark. Goes back on but gets tedious.

Edited! After using this for 10 days, I’m changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. This thing will just refuse to come on no matter how much motion I give it. Vendors on Amazon seem to want you to write a review within hours of receiving their products lately. I think there should be a minimum 4 weeks after receiving an item before rating for just this reason. Something will work great right out of the box, then simply quit doing as advertised later. After trying to use this for only 10 days, I’m calling it a piece of junk.Original review: We just bought an old house that has drawstring lighting in the closets. Being an older house the walk in closets aren’t that big and of course the string was just long enough to get right in my way as I grabbed clothes for the day. This was the perfect solution. Once installed, when I open the closet door, the light comes on. When I’m done, the light goes off. Perfect solution. Now I’m going around looking for other places to install these bulbs!

I bought this for an outdoor light above our basement walk-out door to light up the area under the deck above whenever anyone goes out in the dark. I've had it for a week and is working exactly as described. The one minute period of lighting is plenty for anyone opening the door and heading down the walkway in the dark. Quick shipping as well. Quality packaging too.

I am stupid. Of course this motion sensor bulb needs to be connected to electricity all time. I have 5 bulbs on one switch. So I wait for an offer for rest 4 bulbs with discount!)) as seriously, I set up it in loundry room and its ok. for parking or garage it needs more Lm and maybe cold white option. For night monitor or corridors is ok

Very satisfied with this motion sensor light bulb. Bought some of these for indoor use because I always forget to turn lights off in my laundry room. But now I just leave them on and they turn on when it’s needed.Keep switch "on" at all times, and the light comes on/goes off automatically. Also, these are essential for saving on my electricity bill.
