Exceptional company who refunded me right away because the item arrived damaged. I am buying it again though because this clock is gorgeous and made of real wood —not plastic coated like the cheaper one on Amazon. It’s also easier to use than the other cheaper one. I know this because I bought the cheaper one and within a few months the vinyl l wood finish began to peal off. The cheaper version might be “made of wood “on but it has a plastic coating that creates the colour and wood grain, while this alarm clock’s colour is actually painted directly onto the wood. The timer and alarm l are also much much easier to set up. The dimmer also has far more shades. It has an easy to use snooze feature which is activated by just touching the top edge of the clock. Honestly this is a really great clock that has exceeded my expectations.

The dimmer dial for the read out is a great feature. When I turn my bedroom light off I can dim the read out just enough to be seen but not so bright as to light up the room. When I turn my light on I can dial up the brightness to see it across the room. I took a star off because of the initial setup. It was very finicky and for a while it would not sync daylight savings time to the correct day for DST. I left alone for the rest of the day and hours later the day corrected itself.

Looks great - I have several around the house. Only issue I’ve noticed is the temperature is wrong on each of them. They’re each off by a few degrees. Certainly not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Outstanding clocks bought two, and after installing bought a third. Highly recommended.

This clock is everything I was looking for (time, day, date, temperature) but what I like most about it is that you can dim the light all the way to no light at all !! I also like the sleek and modern look , it goes with any decor. The clock is very easy to set up and use as well .
