Surprisingly Satisfying for a Non-Drinker!
As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I’m always on the lookout for non-alcoholic options that feel like more than just juice or flavored water. I was intrigued by Little Saints St. Ember, especially with its mix of adaptogens, botanicals, and lion’s mane mushroom. First impression: The bottle itself looks premium, and the aroma is unique—earthy, slightly smoky, with a hint of citrus. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the flavor, but wow! It has a rich, complex taste with a subtle warmth, almost like a whiskey alternative but without the burn. The palo santo gives it a slightly woody, grounding feel, and there’s a natural depth that makes it feel more like an experience than just a drink. I tried it over ice with a splash of sparkling water and a twist of orange, and it was delicious. If you’re looking for something truly unique and not overly sweet, this is a winner. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free and actually feels like it’s doing something good for my body rather than just being a mocktail. I’ll definitely be keeping a bottle on hand for when I want something special.

Great alternative to alcohol for non-drinkers
Excellent and classy alternative to alcohol. The packaging was gorgeous, and would make a beautiful present/housewarming gift to non-drinkers - loved that it also included recipes for mocktails. As a person who rarely drinks, I would definitely offer this as a non-alcoholic alternative if I were hosting a party. The bottle is beautifully designed, and honestly, it does taste a bit like the real thing. Very smooth going down, a little spicy with a hint of sweetness, and it doesn't have that "fake" taste or an unpleasant aftertaste. I would recommend to serve it chilled, without ice (can mix with sparkling water - I liked mine plain, my mother liked hers sparkling). I appreciated that the ingredients included were natural, and felt I felt more relaxed after I finished my glass. In my personal opinion, this has been my favorite non-alcohol alternative I've tried, and I would definitely both gift it and serve it if I wanted to make a good impression.

Poor taste and way overpriced for what it is
It does not taste good at all. All I taste is ginger and nuclear accomplish the same thing by putting a couple pieces of ginger in a glass of water. Unfortunately, you can’t return this so I’m just out $90. Also the product is cloudy with small bits of things floating around inside. It does say on the label on the back at the bottom in small print that it might be cloudy and have stuff floating in. It does not look appetizing.

Okay taste; no "buzz" as advertised
In the Q&A section of this listing, the question is asked: "How will St. Ember make me feel?" The response is: "St. Ember may make you feel super engaged, giddy, and present in the moment." I don't really feel based on the ingredients added that you'd be able to feel any kind of buzz from it. I gave it a shot, though, and my husband tried it, too. Neither of us got any sort of buzz or focused feeling -- not even a super mild, caffeine-like buzz. I didn't love the taste, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be based on some of the reviews. My husband actually thought the taste was decent, and he drank both his and the remainder of my drink. Either way, though, I think even if I had liked the taste more, without any kind of buzz, I wouldn't have a reason to pay this much for an alternative to an alcoholic drink. But I am saying that as someone who was more interested in this for the "functional mushroom" aspect. I don't really drink much in the first place, so it might be different for someone who does, and wants to reduce how much they drink.

Pleasantly delighted
I recently tried Little Saint Ember Non-Alcoholic Spirits, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! This non-alcoholic spirit delivers on flavor in a way that’s hard to find in many alternatives. The complex notes of spice, citrus, and herbal undertones create a refreshing and sophisticated drinking experience. Whether you’re mixing it into cocktails or sipping it straight, it stands up beautifully, offering depth and warmth without the alcohol. The packaging is sleek and the overall experience feels premium. I also appreciate that it’s crafted with high-quality ingredients, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy a mindful drink. My only small critique is that it’s a bit on the pricier side compared to other non-alcoholic options, but it’s definitely worth the investment for the taste and craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a great alternative to traditional spirits, Little Saint Ember is a fantastic choice.
