How can I get a replacement felt liner in the US, or deep-clean it? I've had my teapot for over a decade, and the liner has gotten really shabby.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Degrenne. Please note our Salam porcelain base is dishwasher safe. The cover of the teapot we recommend wiping down with the slightly damp cotton towel. Then use a cotton towel to dry. We recommend not using dish soap on the outside cover or the interior felt lining. Thanks, Degrenne North America

Ich habe diese Teekanne am 7. September 2021 gekauft. Leider musste ich feststellen, das in den letzten Tagen immer wieder Substanzen sich von der Teekanne lösten, die keine Teerückstände sind. Da sich das Produkt immer noch in der gesetzlichen Garantie befindet, bitte ich um eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Mit freundlichem Gruss Jürgen Wandrey

Très stylé. Je la souhaitais en rouge mais à priori article indisponible pour le moment. J ai donc opté pour le noir. Avec le couvercle couleur métal cela fait une belle association.
