Unsatisfied
I got this in hopes that it would help with cellulite but it don't even work like it states. Also adding that it was dirty looked as if it was used so I'm guessing it was returned and sent back to me.

Great customer service
I am giving 5 stars for customer service not so much the product. The first one was not working properly, the heat function was not coming one. I wrote to seller and a replacement was sent right away. I have been very busy and have not had time to use new one yet.
