Good teen vitamins
I've been getting these vitamins for my teen son for a few years now and have the subscribe and save subscription for it. They provide adequate vitamins that he needs for his age. He likes the taste of them and has no problem taking them daily.Because they are gummies, they are heat sensitive and will melt and stick together if they get hot. The seller has sent these out to use with a freezer pack in the shipping box to keep them cool in summer months which worked well and I appreciated so much.

My teenage boys are both in sports and they have a lot of energy lately. I'm thinking these vitamins are working well for them. Smell good and they say they taste like candy, so I'm assuming the consistency is okay. Medium sized and very good for the price.

Great supplements for my teen boys! Love how they don’t contain artificial flavors. My boys find them easy to chew, no funky smell and taste delicious! They are nice and fruity without any weird aftertaste. I will definitely buy these again!

These are the only gummy vitamins my kids will eat and the only ones they like the taste of.

My teen takes these and says they are good.
My teen son takes these daily and says they’re “good”—which, coming from a teenager, is basically a glowing review. I tried one myself, and while the texture is soft and chewable, the taste was less than enjoyable (I tried the green apple flavor). I am sensitive to vitamins as they often upset my stomach, this one seems to make me a little nauseous. However, my son has not experienced this.Pros:✔ Soft and easy to chew✔ No complaints from my teen✔ Child-resistant cap for safety✔ no high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.Cons:• Not my favorite taste, but he likes them.• Not for kids under 12, pregnant, or nursing women (which is interesting)• Sugar content may not be suitable for everyone’s nutritional needs.• Those with sensitivities may experience stomach upset.I have no idea if they’re making a difference, but at least he’s taking them. So, for now, these are a win.
