This hammock is nice and wide. The product is as described. What has impressed me a lot was the customer service. The first hammock broke by one of the poles poking through the end of the sewn sleeve. This happened when the wife and I both laid on the hammock. We bought this hammock for the weight rating and how it stays open when two people are on the hammock. I reached out to the customer service email and was amazed at how fast a response was. A new hammock came within days. The new hammock broke the same way. I again reached out and was told a new updated hammock would be sent out. The new hammock was reinforced so as to not break. The new hammock arrived and so far it has not broken with the wife and I laying on the hammock. The hammock even held when our daughter's husky dog jumped up on us to lay in the hammock with us. The three of us would have been over the 450 pounds, so that was nice that the hammock did not fail. I recommend this hammock for anyone who is looking for two person hammock. The customer service for me was outstanding and that is a really big plus and is rare now a days.

This hammock is so comfortable and the fabric is great quality. I had to take 2 stars off though because the sealed end holding the bar came undone after only a few uses and now the bar won’t stay in the hammock. UPDATE: the company reached out and I sent pictures of the issue with the hammock and they sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Love the pattern. Item arrived quickly and was a good value. It's a little long for my stand but I made it work. My older kids used it a lot the first weekend and the seem holding the bars in came apart on both sides. Not sure if there is any way to fix this. Pretty sure this is their fault, they were using it as a shield for water wars 🤦🏼‍♀️. I'm disappointed, but it does still work, they just have to balance on it so they don't fall out. 😄. I really like that it is weather proof. I don't want to hassle with covering it before it rains.

The material of the hammock bed is more durable than knit but less comfortable. If you have a few outdoor pillows it makes up for the comfort. The wood will start looking bad first, but ultimately the hammock will fail when it tears from where the ropes connect. Because the material of this hammock is so "flat", it doesnt conform. When you lay in the middle to balance yourself more strain is put on the strings that center on your weight. Over time the stress on the center strings will cause the adjacent material to rip and fail. Even given this fact, the lifespan of the product and material is advantageous with respect to its price-point.

Very nice! Way more comfy than rope hammocks. Also looks great. Excellent value.

I got a hammock/frame combo last Prime Day. However, the hammock didn’t have spreader bars and no one in the fam would use it. I went on the hunt for one for a 9 ft frame and no one would advertise that. I took a chance on this one and super glad I did. (Note my frame has multiple holes that allow you to stretch/take up slack which is why this is doable.) Spreader bars are metal, so no breakage issues. It’s been through several rains and dries super fast. It’s easy to side flip to knock off any leaf or twig debris. My daughter took a pillow and blanket and had a three hour nap on it so it’s fam approved. I definitely would buy it again.

Extremely uncomfortable! Unless you like lying on a sheet of plywood, don’t buy this. Super stiff and the plastic-y feeling sticks to you all over. I feel like I just survived a car crash.

Overall it seems to be good quality but the first time 2 people layed in it the seems broke and the poles came out at the ends. We weren’t over the weight limit at all. It blows and twists so much in the wind it is a pain to constantly keep it untwisted.
