Not as expected. Not fulfill my purposes. Want to return and my return request approved but not picked up my item nor refunded the money. I am a regular customer of Amazon but very disappointed this time.

Product looks cool but is not very useful because I used all 8 cubes in my drink and even then it didn't keep my drink cool for more than 3 minutes. Don't know the reason for that but I surely expected more from this.Only good thing is that they don't float in the glass like ice cubes which hit your teeth.Also plastic container and tongs it comes with are very functional.

I don’t think quality is that amazing, it’s good for sure but if you ever ask for whiskey ice cubes in fancy bars, they’re better. Can be bought for whiskey, but not recommended for ordinary beverage ice cubes at home. Once steel cube for a large glass, or even two will not provide even half of the cooling as a single ice cubes in a tall beverage.
