Will this massager work on your shoulder blades area? This is where I have severe pain.

I recommend you to >> 𝑯𝑬𝑨𝑫𝟗/𝐂𝐎𝐌 << .It worked so well that I have been using it on other areas when my muscles are tight from exercising.

Mine sounds like something is scratching against the fabric everytime the knobs rotate, is that normal?

No, I would say there is a catch on one of the balls that may need smoothed. I have no issues or complaints with mine. My mom stops by to use it when her shoulders and neck flair up too.

Does it work cordless

No, the massager needs to be plugged in.

I used this product for the first time and when I tried it the next day and pressed the on button nothing happened. Any ideas why it isn’t working?
