Exceeds expectations, great water!
I’ve been living in a hotel for several months and this is a lifesaver! The price is high but worth not buying and lugging bottles of water. Works way better than expected, I’m filling with hotel sink water and what I get is great tasting water that I can easy fill up my reusable bottles. Might not fit all situations, but great for mine. Highly recommend, works great!

Buy once cry once! Happy customer!
Should have got this a while ago instead of spending $70 every 3 months to replace filters. These filters last longer, cheaper, and way better than the filter pitchers.

Very good product, i only have it for a week but the color and flavor of water improved tremendously. Easy to use.

Love the taste!
I personally think it is a very good product. I think the taste of the water after use is exceptionally different than the taste before using the purifier my city water has a terrible taste. I love that fact that it removes the fluoride as well as replaces the minerals! The only complaint that I have with this product is that it takes up a significant amount of real-estate on my kitchen counter. The benefits of use out way the cons as in no plastic bottles anymore including the fact there is no BPA leaching into my way supply and I found a good way to use the water that is left over from the process. I store it to use as either water for my garden plants or flush the commode. I know that sounds gross but not wasting the water was not an option for me personally. I find it easy to use and clean the only complaint I have and reason I only gave it four of five stars is the handle is in the water fill container is not in a very conveniently placed area. I have only had this for a short time and find it to work as described with no leakage from the spout and very noisy. For someone that doesn't have away to put one under the sink area or the ability to get one that does your whole home this is the product for you.

Works well
Works without problems as far as I can tell. I wish the reminiralization added more taste back in though

Stopped working after 2 months
Worked great for 2 months the stopped. When the unit starts you can hear that the motor is starting to fail and then it turns off. The motor clearly is not able to push the water through the filters after only 2 months. If I have to replace filters every 2 months then definitely not worth it, and if the motor is going bad then even more so. For a countertop unit it may be the best quality of purified water, but it doesn't work anymore and I'm back to bottled water.

Good filter with a serious design flaw that can cause expensive leaks
We've owned this filter for about five days now and have already experienced our first major leak. I believe it is due to a rather serious design flaw that could have been easily remedied. If, in the course of refilling and replacing the rear tap water tank, the front (filtered water) tank gets jostled or bumped at all, it is possible for it to come unseated from the filtered water input valve that's at the bottom of the tank. All it takes is a very small fraction of an inch for the seal on the filtered tank valve for it to begin leaking. This won't generally happen when the tank is full since the weight of the water should keep it flat and keep the valve functioning properly. However, if the front tank is empty or nearly empty (as happens when you fill a big pitcher or tea/coffee pot), the front tank is so light that it's easy for it to shift up and come unseated. Then once the rear tank is refilled, it'll happily pump all that water out onto your new expensive wood floor (ask me how I know). WHAT a disappointment! This flaw could easily have been addressed in production by making the front tank latchable somehow so it cannot shift out of position and cause to valve to leak. As it is, I'm experimenting with a simple piece of scotch tape that fastens the clear front tank to the white housing and keeps it from tipping forward (my tape is on the back corner of the tank on the right hand side of the RO unit, but it could just as easily be put on the small hidden section between the two tanks. I'd like to get some kind of drip tray to put the whole unit in for the next time it leaks, but unfortunately there's yet another design flaw. The electrical plug and on/off switch on the back of the unit is along the bottom edge. So any drip tray that is large enough to capture the water is going to be deep enough to submerge the switch and plug input when full. AquaTru could fix this by moving the switch up to the middle of the back panel and thus get it out of the way. I'm very disappointed that my $500+ RO filter is so prone to leaking if you ever bump the front tank Come on AquaTru! Make this fix! I'm surprised you didn't discover this failure mode in your QA process.

Really Easy and Tastes Great
I’ve had other counter water purifiers, but this is the first reverse osmosis. I was particularly looking for one that could filter out PFAS and was certified. The purified water tastes great. It’s both easy to purify and easy to clean. I wash both pitchers once per week by hand as recommended, and it’s good to go. Each purified pitcher of water made is about 2 quarts and it only takes about 5 minutes per batch. I make several per day. It also very quiet, I was initially disappointed that Aqua Tru didn’t make a glass pitcher on the Classic model, but the plastic is BPA free. I pour the water into large glass pitchers right after purifying.
