This device works very well and is easy to use. The different modes provide great flexibility, and the dual channel feature allows targeting multiple areas at once. I've had this machine for 2 years now and still works great. It is really strong - my hubby and I only use it near 1/4 or 1/3 strength, but it does go much higher. Nice to have so many different modes too. Pads are not the stickies after 1 or 2 uses, but can buy replacements fairly affordably.
