I tried it in my workout this morning and the taste what great, I felt great and I had a little more energy after my workout while running errands so I think it was very effective for me, I would say for $23 it can have maybe 40 servings for me to feel the money value is consistent with what I’m getting, It smells good, mixes good in my drink, I don’t have any pain but I don’t really have pain from workouts and I didn’t have any side effects.

This is a great pick me up when you feel sleepy in the afternoon. I love that it has natural caffeine. I love that it also helps with sore muscles! Which is such a plus. It also has zero sugar and has so many vitamins in it. If you are looking for a good pre-workout or just something to help with energy, this product is for you! Not getting a boost in energy- maybe it will take longer- taste is strongish so be aware of that- a little hard to get down- if it doesn't boost energy, won't continue to take because of taste- if it does, then I will put up with the taste as it's not overpoweringly bad
