UPDATE: The charging dock is completely useless now. The phone charging side intermittently charges, with the sound dinging off and on. The watch side worked for a bit longer, and now does the same thing. Waste of time and money.I looked at lots of stands before I ordered this one. It is high quality and feels solid. Easy to use. Plug the power cord into the base, insert the watch charger in the holder, and you are ready to go. The cable on the watch fits tightly, so I took care as I put it in. The circle for the watch magnetic charger has a rubber washer with ridges - it holds tightly - at first I kept getting it in crooked, but got it fit in flush. It holds it so that it is not going anywhere, so no worries about the watch not being on the charger correctly. I have a case on my phone, so I wondered if the charger would work. It is a thin case with minimal protection and it worked perfectly. One thing I really liked is you don't have to fuss around getting the phone in just the right spot for it to charge.Another nice thing - the packaging was easy to actually get the stand out - I would call it frustration free for sure. There is a plastic film covering the phone stand so it does not get scratched during delivery. Came off easily.The only thing I did not like is the excess watch charging cable has no place to go. It has to plug into a USB port on the bottom of the stand - stand only holds part of the cable length - would be nice to have a storage area on the stand bottom to keep the excess cable in. That is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Gave it 3 stars bc it is as described. Charges my iPhone X with a case on it but nothing else. A pop socket or card holder will have to be removed. Once I received it and set it up, it wasn’t as great as I expected it to be. The light that comes on when it’s plugged in is bright enough to be a nightlight! And the cords don’t fit flush with the stand so you have to finagle it to get it to sit right on the table. I went back to my regular chargers.

The charger is too light in my opinion. It moves around way to easily and I am always worried my phone will fall off. Several times I have woken up to an almost dead battery. I set it on the stand, the light turns blue to indicate it’s charging and I wake up to 20% battery or less. Very unhappy with this

This item worked great, for about 2 weeks. I bought two of these. One for me and one for my wife. Mine stopped working after 2 weeks and my wife’s is starting to act up now. Don’t waste your money. I sent the seller a email and they still haven’t replied to me!

This charger worked great until now. Of course it fails after the 30 day warranty and know it’s VERY clear why that short of a warranty is offered. This was a complete waste of money. It indicates it is charging, clearly it is not. BUYER BEWARE!

Does exactly what I wanted! Easy to use and looks fantastic.EDIT: The power cord is lose and continually comes unplugged. Therefore I cannot use the wireless charging portion for my phone. Very disappointing.

Sat on my nightstand working great the first 3 weeks and then completely stopped working. Does not charge at all and is a complete waste of money.

Horrible product it charges my phone for about a few weeks and then starts getting temperamental. After a while even putting the phone in the right place it still won’t charge it
