Didn't find anything to dislike about this chair. It is well-made, easy to assemble and very comfortable.

The chairs sit too high and cannot be adjusted for height. They are a tad small. And the cushions are very hard, lacking comfort. There is a surcharge of 20%+ to return them. On the positive side, they look good, roll well, and were easy to assemble..

The gray color is just what we wanted. The chairs are new so stiffness in the seat was expected (our old tan/brown set of 14 years was well worn in). Made in America is very important since I am an Army veteran and now going thru chemo. The chairs are well made with (in my opinion) heavy duty material; great buy for us. Would I do business with this company again? Oh yea!!!

While one of the legs of the four chairs was damaged and it took a bit to receive the replacement, the company was very proactive through the entire process. The chairs are exactly what we were looking for our kitchen table. The seat cushions are a bit firm and provide excellent back support. The casters move so easily on the laminate flooring that we purchased a rug to place under the table. We did ScotchGuard the fabric for extra protection also. We would definitely buy the chairs again.

I liked that they sent just one of the 4 chairs first to be sure we wanted them. I wish the seat height was higher or adjust able. (We are very tall.) I like that the arms are not padded - that part always gets grubby if it is cloth like two of our office chars are. (My husband did not want leather or a hard surface upholstery.) We use these 4 chairs daily at our round dinning table which sits on a vinyl floor and the chairs come with the correct rollers for this type of flooring. We hope they will last us a long time. ALSO the chairs are made in the USA!!! And the company will call you if needed. They were very nice people on the phone.

Great chair. Comfortable, simple, small footprint. We chose the chair to fit in a breakfast nook and it fits the space very well!
