Positive changes to my Menopause symptoms
I’ve been taking Peach Perfect multivitamins for about two months now, and I’ve noticed three major changes. 1. **My hot flashes have improved dramatically.** They used to be so intense they made me feel nauseous, but now they’re much milder and pass quickly. 2. **My afternoon fatigue has eased up.** I used to feel extremely lethargic, especially later in the day, but my energy levels seem to have increased a bit. 3. **My libido has noticeably increased.** Not exactly useful for a single, celibate woman, but it does make me think my estrogen levels may have improved — which is a positive sign.

The solution I was looking for (after some adjustment)
Bought these upon entering peri-menopause as the night sweats, and mood swings (rage? all the time?) were annoying me. For the first week or so, they resulted in stomach upset. Nothing unbearable, but it took a while for my digestive system to get used to the probiotic blend. At the encouragement of a friend, I stuck to it, and sure enough, I got used to it. At the same time, I began to sleep better and my mood improved. I think these are the perimenopause vitamin I was looking for and I've replaced my previous vitamin with them. One thing I wish was different was these capsules tend to float in my mouth, triggering my gag reflex. I wish they were tablets or something that didn't float as much, but I can bear it.

Why did you change the formula???( color is different)
I’ve bought this product four times and I was very pleased with how it had minimized my hot flashes. My last two purchases of this product has been different in color. I’m seeing that my flashes are more than before. I wished they didn’t change the formula.

Had no idea it contained Shellfish, till I got the bottle and read the back. Thank God, I read before taking. I'm EpiPen allergic to all shellfish!!!!! 8 would have went into anaphylactic shock!!!! Please read before you take anything. It was written in small letters at bottom of bottle contained Shellfish
