I’ve been using this product for a few months and I honestly love it and feel like I can’t live without it now. It helps with those aggressive cravings I get from working out consistently. I definitely notice a difference in bloating and I look forward to drinking it in the morning with my creatine!

I’m writing this review after finishing an entire jar. I was skeptical at first because I have used similar products in the past without any results. The first two weeks I didn’t feel anything; nothing was moving, but on the 3rd week I started to feel a little discomfort so I stopped using it twice a day. As soon as I made the adjustment, things started to move and I finally got the results I needed, I’m very happy that I gave it time to work. I’m convinced that this product will continue to work for me, so I started a monthly subscription. The flavor tastes very good and the product blends well with cold water using a hand mixer/whisk. I use it only once a day because it’s working that well.

The taste is really decent I like that the ingredients are very natural and as soon as I drink it I feel good afterwards. The only con is that my powder didn’t come with a scoop this powder is great for people with ibs or people who just want to get an enough fiber in .

Hum's Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster in Strawberry Lemon has a great taste. It's not overly tart like some lemonades. It dissolves easily in 16 oz water and I like to drink it with my dinner. Since it says it helps curb appetite, taking it with dinner seems to help me with late night cravings. It is noticeable and I don't reach for something that'll wreck my diet goals. Probably because one serving has 9 grams of fiber and I feel full. What I really like about it is the amount of digestive enzymes and herbal blend. Before I tried Hum, I was taking a digestive enzyme supplement with almost the same proprietary ingredients. The other perks are it's Clean Label Project Certified, NON-GMO Verified and RD Nutritionist formulated. A lot of supplements don't claim all that! As for the debloating, I think it helps quite a bit. I don't notice any side effects. The only downside is it doesn't come with a little pre-measured spoon and it's only 10 servings per container. That could be very pricey over a month.

Great taste for an ice cold bevvy—it mixes so fast, doesn’t clump, actually keeps me full—haven’t done it for weight loss but more so for the fiber. I like to know I’m getting my probiotic fibers in when I eat. The ingredients seem clean? I hope they are at least.. bc sometimes I need my water to be flavored so I like this instead of the additives other companies have. Definitely a great alternative for cocktail mixer too for those willing to be adventurous!

I never know how these powders will taste or how well they will dissolve, but this one is good and dissolves well. I don't think it has helped with feeling bloated, but it has curbed my appetite. It also was not a 10 day thing. I only got 7 days out of it and I used a measuring teaspoon! I would love to try a longer period of time but at that price for just 7 days, I don't think I will be going forward. 5 stars for taste 2 stars for price

$60+ for less than a 3 week’s supply is not worth it. Mixes in well and tastes great, I noticed at least less daily discomfort, don’t know about visible less bloating, but again I only tried it for the one container (10 days). Need to find another product for bloating so if anyone has a recommendation please dm me on IG thanks🤣! @sophie.weingrad
