I got this on May 1, 2025, and I have used it about 10 times. I loved how well it worked. It is May 31, 2025 today, and it doesn’t work at all. The return window ended yesterday. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: June 5, 2025 - This company just offered me a FULL REFUND for this product. I am impressed that they reached out to me; they certainly didn’t have to. A company that stands behind its products is a company worth buying from. I am still sad that my product was a “lemon”, but I trust this company now, and would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I’ve been using this Cordless Hair Straightener – Portable Hot Hair Comb for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really impressed! The cordless design is incredibly convenient, especially for travel and quick touch-ups on the go. I’ve tossed it in my bag for work and even used it in the car before events — no more hunting for an outlet. It heats up quickly and does a great job smoothing frizz and taming flyaways. While it may not replace a full-sized flat iron for super thick or very curly hair, it works perfectly for refreshing straight styles or lightly wavy hair. The compact size makes it easy to handle, and the battery life is decent for short styling sessions. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the battery lasted a bit longer and that it got slightly hotter for more stubborn sections. Still, for portability and convenience, it’s a fantastic little styling tool. I’d definitely recommend it for travel or everyday touch-ups!

Poor placement of the power button. The charging cord did not fit properly. Would not charge a second time. NOT FREE RETURN.

I really wanted to like this product.. It was compact and lightweight as described. liked that it had a "lock" so it wouldn't turn on in bag. Heated up well, however did not leave hair shiny, left it very dry. Wish I had tried it before the return window closed.

I absolutely love this cordless portable hair straightening brush! It heats up quickly, is super lightweight, and very easy to use ideal for touch-ups or styling on the go. My hair feels smooth and looks shiny without the frizz. The cordless feature is a total game changer, especially for travel or when you’re in a rush. Plus, the battery lasts a good amount of time!

Edit: My product review is still accurate but added a star due to proactive customer service that reached out to offer a refund or replacement. Claim: Heats up in 30 seconds. Truth: Even on the middle setting (3 of 5) it takes more than 3 minutes to heat up. Claim: 2 weeks of styling on one charge. Truth: I use it a maximum of 2-3 minutes at a time immediately after it has heated up and it can only be used a few times before it dies. I've had it for a month and twice now I have turned it on for a third usage when it was showing around 50% power and it died before it even finished heating up, meaning I was out of luck for actually using it that day. So, more accurate to say something like 6 minutes of styling available between full charges.

This works really well. I love how easy it is to use, and that especially if you are using it on kids you don’t need to worry about it burning them as easily as other hair straighteners.

Updated: Customer Service was amazing. Reached out and offered a replacement or refund. Obviously they stand behind their product.
