I ordered this LONGER RAY5 20W engraver from AMAZON. It arrived in 4 different deliveries on 4 different days. Upon assembly the engraver refused to connect to my laptop running windows 11. I was able to engrave some projects from the sd card, however control was inconsistent The engraver quit working entirely in 3 days. After a number of emails back and forth to the Chinese based LONGER support department, in which they asked me to conduct various tests, they concluded that the main CONTROL box was not working properly and sent me a new one at no cost. The new control box arrived in 6 days. I installed the new control box and the engraver is operating very well. After my initial problems with this engraver I must say that: The LONGER support department is: EXTREMELY professional, courteous, well trained, and available for help. I would certainly buy from them again despite the initial problem which I encountered.Sharon Small

I spent 943.39 I did not get a brand new item. I got someone’s return. I can tell because of the scratches from where they were putting it together. There were missing parts. I wanted a BRAND NEW replacement but that’s not an option! The instructions are TERRIBLE (refers to “marked red is the slot position” but nothing is red. It is not easy to assemble due to poor instructions (even with the pictures they show)! I will ask for the missing parts and I intend to request that my 30 days begin from the day I get ALL the parts.

Love my laser! It’s very effective on what it can do! I enjoy making stuff with it! It’s comparable with a few different softwares for options. Was a very good purchase in my opinion
