Fun practice tool for boxing

This works well enough for what it is, but the string isn't very strong. I got a couple months' use out of it before the bungee snapped. There aren't many decent products like this, and it's inexpensive, so replacing this every few months isn't terrible. But if I could find a better replacement I would buy it.

The clamps that make the height of the ball adjustable are so weak, they slide while your practicing. So I took a needle and thread and sewed the elastic where I wanted to keep it in place. For $10, I don't mind making that adjustment. I loop the top around the track of my sliding door and the bottom around a dumbbell. This is really great for aim and reflex training. The elastic is thin, so I always remove the dumbbell when I'm not using it so it doesn't stretch out quickly.

Best product to use for boxing, comes with what ever you need to install. Haven’t use it yet but I’m confident in it

It came apart over Time. I’m gonna have to change out the string and add a bungee cord

I've been using this product for a while now and let me tell you this, this product is AMAZING! I love how it comes with the wall hook so you can practically fix it up anywhere in the house. It's helped me alot with my hand eye coordination. Would 100% recommend!
