One of the Best Hair Products I’ve Ever Used I honestly don’t think KEVIN.MURPHY has taken off in the U.S. the way it has in the UK, and that’s a shame because this line deserves far more attention. Fragrance is not strong. Well priced well packed shipped fast. As a former hairdresser, I’m probably more critical of hair products than most people. I’ve seen trends come and go, and I’ve tried more products than I can count. There is so much overpriced, overhyped garbage on salon and retail shelves today. Add in the recent recalls over questionable ingredients in some well-known brands, and I’m even more selective about what I use. This is definitely not going to be one of those products. SHIMMER.ME BLONDE does exactly what I want it to do. It tames flyaways, adds beautiful shine and a subtle glass-like finish, yet never weighs my hair down or leaves it feeling greasy. My blonde looks healthier, smoother, and more polished every time I use it. It arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly. This stuff smells divine to me. So subtle but somewhat noticeable. I have vivid hair color and the colors are different every few months but my hair fades to grey/silver. I use this as a shine spray for my grey/silver/light hair and for the calming effect of the scent the rest of the time. I've been using this for about 7 years and I can't live without it.

Does wonders for blonde hair! My hair is the healthiest & softest that it has been in years! Only product I have to use!!

I was really excited to use this, but the scent makes it unbearable. It smells like very strong men's cologne. The scent is so strong i can taste it in my mouth :( I cant even tell if it had much of an effect making my hair look shinier and i am afraid to spray any more on. I used maybe four spritz, which seems reasonable? Maybe i got a bad bottle or something, since most of the reviews for this product are positive, but this is completely unusable for me. Unfortunately, a waste of money.

The brand is great and this spray oil actually works, even on grey hair. The scent is really nice and not overpowering

Love this stuff! Helps tame frizz and add a subtle glossy shine. Shake well before using. I like it when I’m in between coloring and feel my hair is a little dull.

Ich liebe dieses Sprays. Es verleiht den Haaren einen super schönen glanz und kemmbarkeit. Den Geruch scheint nicht jeder zu mögen, aber ich mag ihn 😉 Es lässt die trockenen Haarspitzen wieder erstrahlen. Beim auftragen sollte man jedoch sparsam sein und den Abstand einhalten, da die Haare sonst etwas fettig wirken können.

My hair Is bleached and toned and I blow dry it every day and hairspray so this product is great to place on after to hide the frizz and my fried ends. BUT and this is an EXTREMELY big BUT....... it has an extremely musky/peatmoss smell. Not to be confused with "scent", it's defies a 'smell' type of description. I have tried most of the kevin murphy products (i am she/her -female) & i am not a fan of their "smell" theme and have troubles with getting acquainted with it (by overdosing on my perfume in an attempt to cover up the smell) but the products it self are amazing. BUT this particular one... ewww i gross myself out and i end up spraying perfume ON and all over my hair again...in an attempt to cover up the smell. Which i'm sure is contradictory and increasing the frying of my hair. Even my hubby (whom is typically nose blind) said (with a crinkled face) i smell a bit mouldy and asked if i tried a sample of something i got from the store. And that was even after i sprayed my regular perfume all over it. So.... Does the product work well?! My answer is 💯 But.... If you identify as a female, are neurodivergent, ADHD, sensory sensitive etc... I would HIGHLY recommend finding a different product (i have yet to find a similar , pleasantly scented comparable-result product)
