Compared to pure sucralose, this blend is much more effective. I don’t need to use nearly as much to get the same level of sweetness. It also avoids the overly artificial taste that can come with 100% sucralose. In fact, I prefer the flavor of this sugar-sucralose blend over both pure sugar and pure sucralose. It strikes a good balance between natural sweetness and efficiency. I mainly use it in coffee and haven’t tried it for baking or other uses, so I can’t speak to how it performs outside of that. Overall, this is a simple but very effective option if you want a better-tasting alternative to straight sucralose without giving up the familiarity of sugar.
