I bought these as favours for children’s birthday party they are great size. It did require a lot of sweets to fill them but if you want them smaller you can put the ties where you like and trim the end once finished. Out of the packet 1 of the come was split but all the others were fine and I had more than I need. I was able to fill the cones easily and the children loved them
