My old humidifier was almost 4 years old and I decided it was time for a replacement. I reviewed several humidifiers and decided on this one because it had the features I was looking for. So far I have been very pleased with its performance. My old one was very basic and this one is easier to use and has more functions. I also like that it has an app which gives me the option of using my phone to set the humidity and allows me to schedule the time it turns on and off which I really appreciate. It also has a bigger water container which means I have to fill it less often. It's a nice looking humidifier. It arrived in good condition and on time.

Happy with how it breaks down for cleaning, I like that design. It is in my son’s room, seems to use a lot of water, but he had it set pretty high, we’ll see after adjustments. I bought the demineralization filters, even though I will only use distilled water. Convenient to hold a full gallon and more. Time will tell if it will last, most get buildup, I’m starting in the right direction with a humidifier with filters, comes apart for cleaning and distilled water. No complaints about the noise. App in easy to use, although my son has had to “find” it several times so far, not the end in the world, but we did get it for the smart functionality/phone integration. I’m sure an app update will fix, hopefully in the near future.

I was hoping it would change the amount of dust floating around our house. We live in a high alpine environment. The air is very dry. There are dust particles on the furniture and in the air. Nothing has changed since buying this purifier.

Just as expected, no issues at all, timer very handy to as well. Works great, app is also a great feature. Using only distilled water.

As sophisticated as the connectivity and control via Alexa are, the unit’s hygrometer does not properly measure ambient humidity. In Auto-Mode, perhaps due to the sensor’s location, the humidity level displayed jumps up/down like a crazy kangaroo. Only option is to set it to Manual but then you have to worry about excessive moisture that can cause condensation on the windows. Overall grade= fail due to lack of function
