Why does the clay sealer/air dry clay glaze leave streaks or brush marks?

Streaks happen if applied too thick or with a dry sponge. For best results Use a damp sponge (squeeze out extra water). Apply thin layers in one direction (don’t go back and forth). Let each layer dry 8–10 hours before adding another.

Why does the glaze for air dry clay/clay sealant surface feel sticky?

Stickiness usually means The clay or previous layer wasn’t fully dry (wait 24+ hours before sealing). High humidity slowed drying (move to a drier area or use a fan). Too thick of a coat (always apply thin layers).

Why does my clay glaze air dry/clay glaze look crystallized or jelly-like?

This is not normal and may be caused by Extreme temperatures during shipping. Storage in cold/hot conditions. Fix Warm the bottle to room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F) and stir well.

Gloss/Matte level depends on Number of coats (2–3 thin layers give better shine than 1 thick layer). Drying conditions (sunlight or warm airflow enhances gloss). Surface prep (smooth clay = shinier results).

Clumpy mess! - Update

This was worthless and ruined my jar. It was disgusting clumpy liquid junk. I didn’t want to give it a star but it’s the only way to leave a review.
