Sal de buena calidad
Compré esta sal porque quería probar la sal celta sin refinar y empecé a tomar una pequeña cantidad por las mañanas con agua y limón como parte de mi rutina de hidratación. En mi caso también tengo cefaleas en racimos, así que decidí probar este hábito, aunque todavía es pronto para sacar conclusiones, personalmente es probar. Lo que más me ha sorprendido es el sabor. Tiene un toque mucho más agradable y mineral que la sal refinada, y desde que la tengo también la utilizo para cocinar. Con muy poca cantidad consigue potenciar el sabor de los alimentos sin resultar excesivamente salada. Además, el grano húmedo y su textura transmiten la sensación de ser un producto poco procesado. Si buscas una sal marina sin refinar, a mí me ha dejado muy buena impresión.

Lekker zout en lijkt ook goed te werken qua voedzaamheid. Wel goed om weten dat het nat zout is en dus niet geschikt voor de zoutmolen, maar los te gebruiken. Ook wel prijzig.
