Better than an energy drink!
I love Skinny GAL! I love the strong endurance with steady energy during my workouts. I would have energy drinks before with jitters, upset stomach, crash afterwards and now since, replaced them with Skinny GAL! I'd recommend to coat the stomach before taking for optimal gel capsule digest. I'm a bit more talkative and slightly full of the giggles as a side effect before kicking it up a few notches to sweating away stress and building muscle quicker!

Not the same as it used to be
First bought this product in 2018. Absolutely adored it! No crash, no jitters, great energy! It suppressed my appetite without constipation. I bought this multiple times for several years. But I got pregnant. Stopped taking it. After giving birth, I needed help losing weight. So I bought this again. It didn't give me the same affect. So much that I even reached out to the company & asked if they had changed something. They said no but sent me a free bottle. I just finished the free bottle and can confidently say that this pill does absolutely nothing for you. Even though "nothing has changed" something absolutely has. Whether it be lacking in quality ingredients or adding fillers. Something is absolutely different about it & I won't be buying it again.

Ehhh not sure these do much
Honestly not sure if these do anything. They may help curb appetite a little and give some energy, but almost a month of using them and working out and no major difference to report. I’ll stick with my Thrive by Level DFT patches and vitamins; those help a lot more.

Don't worry about the type of pill you're taking worry about how you're gonna feel
It's my first time using it but let's see how things go and to be honest with you if you want to lose weight take the pill and go work out that's the only way the pill will work if it doesn't work continue to work out and eat good food that's all I'm saying
