Where is the chicken from?

We use high-quality chicken sourced from trusted suppliers. Every batch is lab-tested in the USA to meet strict safety and quality standards.

Are these raw or freeze-dried?

These are freeze-dried treats, not raw. The process removes moisture while locking in nutrients. They are shelf-stable and ready to serve.

My pet won’t eat them. Why?

Pets have preferences. Try breaking the cube, softening with warm water, or mixing with food. Some pets need time to adjust to new textures.

The treats smell weird. Is that normal?

A light natural scent is normal for freeze‑dried meat. If the smell seems unusually strong or unexpected, stop use and check the product’s condition before serving.

Keep the bag sealed, dry, and cool. For longer freshness, you can transfer treats to an airtight container after opening.
