Be aware, do not order this item. It's a sham!! It produced a skin rash on my face after using it twice. Less than two weeks after receiving the products my credit card was charged for $185.The website nor the shipment indicated it will be considered automatic charge for a full price and automatic enrollment for future monthly shipments. I called customer service and offered to return both the luxe derme cream and all skin serum because my skin reaction to the products and to cancel any future shipments. Jennifer (customer service) cancelled future shipments but refused to offer a refund for the $185 alleging it was against their company policy. She kept repeating the same script: "I am sorry the products didn't work for you. I had brought a resolution to your request and your account will be close for any future shipments." I calmly asked to speak with her supervisor and she repeated the same script again, then she hang up on me.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS TO ANYONE!
