Love color charm colors, they last longer than other brands.

I have yet to use this product because it actually requires that it be mixed with a cream developer in order for it to work. The small print under "Suggested use" does reference that it must be mixed with the cream developer but it is just that, small print. If this product requires another product to work, it makes sense that it come in a kit. I am leaving ONE STAR just for the fact that it is a product that is not usable as is. If it turns out well after use, I may change my review. UPDATE: After use, this product did very little to change brown hair color to purple. I mixed it with the Wella 30 cream developer as instructed. The hair near my scalp looks more red than purple, and there is minimal to zero purple tint elsewhere. Maybe if I used two tubes instead of one to saturate my hair it would have given me a more purple look. Not really sure if it actually works well unless your hair is lighter. Oh well.

Repeat buyer. First time I bought and color it was a gorgeous rich purple-brown. I got so many compliments. Second time I bought and colored it came out reddish. I had to double check if maybe I bought the wrong color. I really think they mislabeled the color tubes as it wasn’t like this a few months ago.

Love love love the color I get from this! But it only lasts about 2 weeks and starts fading terribly bad!

Great product but don't forget to buy the developer cream it does not come with it.

I had really high hopes with this because I had seen great recommendations. However this only gave me brown hair???? My hair is originally black. I’m unsure if I just did it wrong but my hair went from black to brown witj no purple 🙁🙁

Beautiful color, not to bright just what I wanted!

I was really excited when I saw this product, I used to dye my hair bright fun colours but the bleaching I had to do to get those colours was really hard on my hair. So when I saw this I was excited that I could get purple hair without all the damage. My starting point was virgin hair that was a dark brown almost black in colour with a bit of grey, and I followed all of the instructions. I used the wella 30 volume cream developer and left it on for 35 minutes. And instead of a cool toned dark purple I got this dark red colour. I was very unimpressed with the results. and I had to go buy a different dye today to try and cover up the mess it made. I added a before and after to show others what it did. Maybe the red colours work better but the purple orchid that I purchased did not turn out well.
