I really enjoy using these especially on leg day, it really does make things a lot more intense targeting the areas that I want to target. Only thing I can say about then is that I’ve had them for about 3 weeks now and the ones that I’ve been using the most (almost all of them) hasve already gotten loose I guess you could say. They don’t have that tension they had those first few uses. Which kind of sucks. But still work ok.***UPDATE*** so after having these bands for almost two months the two lightest bands snapped. While doing kickbacks. Which is disappointing. The three heavier ones are still standing and I’ve use all of the we’ll see how much longer they last.

I have had multiple back surgeries, shoulder surgeries, and broken bones. I am trying to lose weight and get stronger so I can enjoy retirement.I recently started working with a personal trainer to improve my balance and increase my strength. She gave several exercises that are easy to do at home. These are the bands she recommended to use for a couple different exercises. They seem to be well made and a good price.

They’re awesome. I was a little worried because of the price, but totally worth it! Easy to stack for more weight and they are truly different. Mine came with a storage bag as well. Everyone needs a set of these! They help in more ways than you realize when it comes to working out at home.

I've tried these bands a few times now so I can leave an informative review.I use the band on the smith machine when I do heavy presses. I have a shoulder injury so sometimes the weight can drop if I don't use a spotter. The band definitely help when I am lowering the weight so I don't have to ask for a spotter. In terms of longevity and how long they hold the elasticity can't really comment because I haven't had them long enough.

I did a lot of research on which resistance bands to order. I ordered these on a whim and am completely satisfied! Arrived the next after I ordered them, inexpensive, but great quality. I have used them twice so far and could not be happier! The X-Light is very light anyone could do it. The Heavy and X-Heavy is extremely tight and a great use for those that are more advanced. 10/10 I would recommend this product to any friend looking to add resistance bands to their workouts!!

the saying "No gym, no excuse" really comes to life after buying these. Love these resistance bands. you can use them anywhere and they increase the difficulty level on any workout. The bands are so durable. Ive had them for a while now and use them quite frequently and they still look and feel like new and they were a great deal !

These bands work great. Much better than the usual tied ones that you get in physical therapy. The loop bands stay flat and eliminate the bruising I was getting around my ankles. The varied strengths are useful with different exercises
