I bought this product and it stopped working within a couple months. I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement after I mailed the original back. The new one lasted about the same amount of time and is barely working now. I think this product or company is a scam or something because this is absolutely horrible!!! I would not recommend this unless you want to lose out on hundreds of dollars.

I bought this device in the hope that I wouldn’t have to shave as often, and because I didn’t want to spend a fortune on going to the salon. Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer! After 2 sessions, I noticed my hair was growing back much slower on my legs, face, and arms. Plus, it's virtually painless compared to waxing! I found the device easy to hold and it feels quite premium. If you're tired of constantly shaving, I highly recommend trying this device. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I bought this in Feb 2025, used it once a week for a couple of months and then once per month. This morning I pick it up to use and the plastic side pieces around the lense fall out and now it will not work. The peices are actually broken from lying in a box with nothing selse around them. It is like the plastic just disintegrated making it unfixable. While this product did work when it worked, for almost $400, it should last longer than 5 months. Very disappointed.
