I think this works for immunity. Got flu symptoms over the weekend and took this along with echinacea and symptoms cleared up in 2 days. It tastes like simple syrup. I take it straight on a teaspoon or put it in my tea.

I am a strong believer in the health benefits of fungi. I take a variety of them and my husband also cultivates several varieties. Reishi is a slow grower however, and I prefer a good quality tincture. This brand was recommended to me after I decided to start adding reishi to my husband's herbal sleep infusion. It is in a glycerin base so it mixes well into the infusion. We noticed results on increased restfulness and quality of sleep right away on our first bottle. Looking forward to continued benefits. Very effective.

Seemed like a great idea--taking it directly or in your drink instead of in pill format. Sadly, this gave me a massive stomach upset. Not the product for you if you've a sensitive stomach. Maybe I'll try again but mix it in a drink or something this time (took it directly last time) and report back if I find positive results. But for now, I cannot recommend this product.

Reishi is brown and does not taste like some sugary clear syrup. Very disappointed. Its not worth the money. Do not buy.
