Product works great on sealing electrical j-boxes on a canopy roof. Seals dirty metal as long as it is not wet. Seals drill screws through the canopy by inserting the end of the caulking tube over the screws and adding a dab of caulk. Looks like a gray Hershey Kiss on top of the screws and easily seals to the aluminum decking. Great elastomeric sealant for aluminum & steel decking, screws, & gutters. Went through 20 tubes on one large job alone- and worked fantastically. No leaks after a week-long heavy rain!

This worked great for fixing a leaking gutter. I tried several other products that didn’t work before this.I scraped the old caulk out and used a small wire wheel in my drill to get the surface clean. Wore disposable rubber gloves and used a plastic spoon to spread the sealant over the seams and screws. Cleanup was easy because of the gloves and plastic spoon.
