Ashwaganda is amazing, I take a 1/2 tsp, 1/4 Turmeric, 1/4 Ginger, coconut milk, whole orange, 1/2 banana, 1/4 tsp nut butter of whatever I have in pantry, 1/4 pumpkin powder and blend for my nightly smoothie about an 60-90 mins before bed and take Magnesium Glycinate. All ingredients are from this site. I notice the sleep is heavy and restful, wake up calm and stay calm all day. My muscles are toned and pumped, with little exercise but do walk daily 5-7 miles for work and pleasure. I am 63, very stamina still with nightly erections like my early days. In the morning I change it up, 3/4 tsp Beet root powder, 1/2-3/4 tsp Moringa Powder, Blueberry Powder 1/2 tsp orange, 1/2 banana, coconut milk plus 1000mg Black seed oil suppliment, NAC 600mg, Vita DK2, and lactobacilus salivaria after brushing my teeth. This seems to be my current magic cure. No alcohol is a good idea it keeps you healthier.

Best I can tell it is a good product for a really good price. Use it in smoothies.

Very good product love it

I use this almost every day for the energy and pick me up benefit. I know it has many beneficial properties. My favorite way to use besides in a smoothie, is just a teaspoon of both this and turmeric, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a shot of water and using my frother, blend well; then pour in milk while still frothing. Makes a great quick pick me up breakfast on the run, or late in the day pick me up. Taste alone is a bit earthy, but with the spices, you don't notice. I believe this has helped balance my stress level and calmed me. I have not had any stomach upset or ill effect of any kind. I'd buy it again.

Has helped me stay at peace, almost too well, because I am a peaceful person already. The powder is pretty grainy, but it is basically flavorless, and I mix a little bit in water every morning.

This is very tasty and great in my smoothies. I feel energised through the day which I know is due to this as it's the only thing I've added/changed.

Product works, but I’m fairly sure it’s diluted heavily with something that smells like Sawdust. Poor consistency makes it horrible to use compared to more premium buys. If you desperately need it at a cheap price go ahead, but also note it’s nowhere near as strong as stuff you’ll pay more per gram for. Worth just shelling up for something better.
