== Great Upgrade & Performance == I am delighted with this purchase; it is a great upgrade on the previous version, especially when it comes to the improved battery life. I have seen plenty of people leaving reviews claiming the new version has issues, but I personally haven't experienced any of that at all, nor have I encountered any faults with the product. == Comfort & Ear Tips == The only slight issue I’ve personally experienced is that during prolonged usage, it can become a bit uncomfortable sitting in my ear. However, that might just be down to my personal ear shape. I have managed to negate this slightly by swapping out the standard ear tips for a third-party gel option. Next, I plan to try some Comply foam-style tips to see if that improves long-term comfort even further. == Incredibly Powerful Noise Cancellation == To manage the comfort during long stints indoors, I tend to switch to a full over-ear headset. But when I am on the move or using this for work whilst walking outside, it is absolute gold-star, best-in-class equipment. The active noise cancellation is just unbelievable; even when an ambulance goes past me on the street, it sounds like I am standing in a completely silent room. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

Nowhere as good as the 5200.. AI won't let you answer the call by saying that answer call Stick with the 5200... can't be beaten or bettered

Really good heatset. Using at work via Bluetooth to the laptop. Sound quality is good. Worth paying the extra.

Poor quality sound and keeps disconnecting.

The advert is misleading. There is no charge case. You have to use a USB c charger. You also have to Bluetooth to the laptop / device as there is no dongle. All in all very disappointed. Have always used Plantronics, now they are Poly, I will be switching brands based on this experience

I've had this headset before, in 2023 which was flimsy as hell. This one for noticeably more sturdy but seems to suffer from serious software issues. But with this new model, every call I join has horrible mix quality for the first 20s. Afterwards it's ok (but not great). Mind you this is on the exact same machines that worked well until weeks prior with my 2023 model and other headsets. 2 stars and not 1 because nose cancelling is actually better than any other headset I tried. I can't believe a company is this bad at software in 2025/6...

Al jaren een plantronics legend gebruikt telkens vervangen door het zelfde toestel. Nu van merknaam veranderd maar de kwaliteit is er ook op vooruit gegaan echt top☆☆☆☆☆

1- Sound quality overall is great specially it have APTX Profile I give 9 out of 10 2- It's little bit heavy on ear so I give Comfort level 7 out of 10 3- Wearing style is lovely 4- I recommend to go with the package that have charging case as it's so difficult to keep this Bluetooth unbroken without the case

The ear-set is very light and easy to use for a long time without charging, I like it very much and happy with the device.

There is a lot to like about this headset, USB-C, better buttons (imo), and better noise cancelling. I work in noisy and windy environments, but nobody on the other end would know. Interestingly the 5200 used to be this good, but over time it got worse. I wonder if it was planned obscelescence...ANWAYS, this is a solid feeling product with as much functionality as the old product. I would say the improvements are largely in look and feel, which is fine. It was already a good headset. At least they didn't jack the price. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the old model. They would always break at the soft rubber part of the ear-loop near the top of the ear. This material is now more stiff.
