I was anemic for years (without knowing it!) and ate ice everyday that ruined a few of my teeth! I was looking for an iron supplement that didn't make me constipated (because I had heard so many horror stories) and was cost-effective and I stumbled upon this one. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I started taking it every other day, to avoid issues, and found that after a few days, I no longer craved ice. I had bloodwork done about 2 months later and I was no longer anemic! I cut back to 2-3 times a week and found that this supplement continues to work without any issues.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this iron supplement. Found out I’m severely Anemic. My ferritin was insanely low at a 4 and my hemoglobin was 8.9! After taking this daily for just two weeks, I retested and my ferritin increased to 18 and my hemoglobin went up to 10! I was blown away when I saw my lab results because I never expected my numbers to improve that much in such a short amount of time. Even better, I’ve been feeling a huge difference in my energy and overall how I feel. I’ve been taking a daily stool softener just to avoid any constipation, but I haven’t had any issues at all …and I have a sensitive stomach so this is gentle. Life changing for me! I have severe Iron deficiency anemia, so much so I have to get iron infusions. While waiting for my infusions, I was just about able to walk, I was in such a fog and so tired, I was a mess. I ordered these via all the great reviews! I have been taking them about 2 weeks and I’ve never experienced such an amazing change. They are wonderful, no side effects, no taste whatsoever and I feel great. I start my infusions next week, but I will never give these up. They don’t constipate or give you the runs, I can’t say enough about a company that got this right! THANK YOU!

My iron and ferritin was very low. This supplement brought my iron up, but has had an unintended consequence of elevating my liver enzymes; this can be a side effect of taking iron, and also taking an herbal supplement. So not sure I’ll continue taking this one, probably switch to a straight iron supplement without the added herbal benefits. But that may be a personal health matter; or it may be the quality of herbs. Hard to know.

Started giving this to my dad (94 yrs ) that takes Warfarin & can not take iron pills. But this has helped him so much with been anemic & boosting his energy level.

My husband started taking this product after his physical this winter. His red cell count was low and regular Iron supplements were not working. At his follow-up appointment his count was back to an acceptable number for his doctor. He was told he could stop taking the supplement but he decided to continue the daily dose. His energy level and sleep patterns have improved over the last 8 months of using it. Because it does have iron in it he also takes Vitamin C to help with absorption. This product is highly recommended for anyone struggling with a low count, however, doing due diligence research for each individuals situation is highly suggested. It fit his needs and didn't conflict with any medication he is currently taking.

I’ve been taking LifeSeasons Blood Nourish-R for a few weeks now, and so far I’m really happy with it. It’s been gentle overall and easy to add into my routine. I did notice it can make bowel movements a little more runny, but honestly that’s been the only side effect for me. Other than that, I’ve had a good experience and would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for an iron supplement.
