This Sleep & Restore Magnesium has worked really well for me. It helps me relax and unwind at night without making me feel groggy the next morning. I wanted a sleep aid without melatonin and tried this as the price was good. I like it better than any sleep aids I've tried. I fall asleep easily and no problems! Recommend it

This works for a little bit. After using for a little over a month I still only get moderate results. It helps me fall asleep, but only works for and hour or so. If you just need help falling asleep, not staying asleep these may help you.

I’m giving five stars bc they’re delicious AND do exactly what they claim to do! However, I don’t like them and I’m not taking any sleep aid ever again bc no matter WHAT, they make me groggy! This doesn’t happen to everyone. Some people have fabulous results and get a good nights sleep and wake up fine. Even WITHOUT melatonin these made me super cranky in the mornings bc I slept too deeply or whatever it is they’re causing me. I felt half asleep until about 2 in the afternoon, just dragging the whole time waiting to feel awake. The crankiness is a side effect of feeling tired and yawning too much. Just bummed nothing will really help me sleep like a baby

I took this for a while and it does work, however, I take some medication‘s and read online that this sleep and restore supplement may not be recommended while taking certain medication. I need to speak to my doctor about it. So I recommend if you’re on medication’s talk to your doctor before taking this.

I got these to try because I have insomnia. I can't take melatonin because it makes me sick...probably because my body fights sleep so badly. This product did not work for me at all. It didnt even make me sleepy.

I've been using melatonin 2 or 3 times a week for a while, but it I never seem to sleep through the night. I wake up at 3 or 4 and have a difficult time getting back to sleep. I decided to use this for the "restore" claim because I've run myself ragged and I needed sound, solid sleep for a while. I have experienced just that after two nights' worth of use and have been pleased that I am sleeping through the night. I have definitely felt better rested. I gave this 3 stars for all the sugar and the terrible taste. WHY so much sugar? Do we really need sugar crystals on the gummy? Admittedly, I am not a gummy fan, but I figured if this was going to help me rest, it was worth it. The first night, I nearly dry-heaved! The taste really is awful, and it's like biting through erasers (I did that as a kid). I immediately thought to myself that I could not tolerate the taste every night for 30 days! Well, I cannot return it, so I'd better. I just stand over my sink, eat it fast, then immediately rinse my mouth and brush my teeth. I'll be ordering capsules next time.
