Literally no better snack out there
I know it’s not commons write reviews for snacks, but this one is special. I am on a very low carbohydrate, high fat diet, most of the time, and it’s hard to find carbohydrates they don’t spike insulin. This is one of them. It’s made of cassava, which is a resistant starch. It can either help you go longer without food between meals without affecting blood sugar (or ketosis, if that’s relevant to you), or it can be added to meals to help buffer your proteins and fats, again without spiking insulin. But more importantly, they are very pleasing to the palate. Not too salty, not too bitter. A very mild, subtle taste with a good amount of crunch.

Absolutely a GOD SEND!!!! Found these through Dr. Gundry author of Plant Paradox and we have tried MANY compliant snacks and these are hands down #1 they are addictive!! These are such a great addition to quick snacks my 4.5yr old LOVES them!!! Far better than the pirates booty and other garbage on the shelves!!! Thank you thank you Oh we tried both the Himalayan sea salt isn’t as good in our opinion it tastes very coconut oily. Which some may like we weren’t big fans. But still good.

Whether or not you like these will depend on your taste. I used to get the Earth Balance white cheddar puffs, but those can be hard to find, so I tried these. These are better! More tender and less of that false cheese taste. Can really taste all of the different seasonings put in. If you are getting these to try to replace something like Cheetos, it will not work. But if you are interested in a soft, tasty, crunchy snack with its own unique flavor, these are super great. I will get them many times.
