Makes the most delicious bread!
This is my favourite bread flour when making white brea£…and for mixing with wheat germ brown for our mixed loaves. Its quality is consistently A1 and the packaging means it travels safely to us! Thank you Wessex Mill!

Very good flour for bread making
We liked the mixture of seeds and the flavour and we add it to strong white bread flour in our homemade bread for delicious bread. All the family like it including the grandchildren.

Great introduction to Wessex Mill Flour, bought at a price which has never been repeated but it makes a fabulous loaf in a machine or (Preferred) by hand. Great taste

Misleading pricing
This description of product is totally misleading. It give the price as 0.90p per Kgms. I checked on Questions and Reviews and other purchasers have commented on the pricing anomaly but confirmed they received FIVE bags for an advertised price of £6.75. I have received this morning ONE bag of 1.5Kgms which means I have pain £4.50 pence per kilogram and NOT the advertised price of 0.90p Kgm Beware!

very good flour and would recommend other to try it if they need a good flour for bread making recommend

Flour should arrive without flour mites running around in it.
I take it that the little brown things running about in the flour will not do me any harm? They have now escaped and are running about in the cupboard. I take it that this means the flour is old. I thought the flour was English but see that it is a mix of flours some coming from Canada. I will not be buying any more, nor can I recommend flour with living things in it.
