Delicious. This was mixed with mini chocolate chips and used as a filling in a pistachio layer cake which was frosted with chocolate frosting. This was creative cake for a party, it was a hit with the guests. The pistachio cream provided the extra flavor to the cake.

I truly love this pistachio spread. It made it easier for me to use it as filling for a cake or as a spread for my bread. It's perfect for plain slice of loaf or even on dinner rolls or whatever plain bread or muffin you want to use it for. It is so delicious & too sweet but once it's on the bread, it balances the sweet flavor & the taste of the bread. I'll keep buying this product so that it's easier to make a cake when the pistachio filling is ready to be spread. with some chocolate chips in it. I bought this because it is legit product of Italy. And the taste is so yummy that I'll buy it again & again.
