This is a good product. Don't feel any artificial flavors are added. I was not happy of the package which was damaged at delivery.

This is an excellent tea and it actually works. I have a huge mug of it, without adding anything, about two hours before I go to bed. Invariably, I find myself falling asleep for 15 minutes about half an hour later. In spite of that, it really makes a difference in my sleep quality. At first, I thought this was the placebo effect so I tried some other cheese without the specific ingredients. They did not work as well. I think it’s important to note that it’s a great blend for people like me who don’t like the flavor of chamomile. The extra ingredients round out the flavor and, I think, improve the medicinal effects—like passion flower, which is very calming—make it extremely different from plain old chamomile by itself.

I have found this tea very rewarding to my wellbeing. It is made with pure ingredients, a blend that relaxs as it is flavorful and fairly priced. Having each bag in a sealed foil pack guarantees its freshness and your enjoyment. Pair it with your favorite honey or just on its own.

Love tazo calm tea.....but....Would be nice if an order arrived intact sometimes. Cd case cracked and tea looked like someone stepped on it first
