I am usually not one to leave reviews for things, but I have to for this item. It really surpassed my expectations and I feel compelled. It was able to lift my model X (3 tons) and my box truck (5 tons) with ease, really did not expect that. Love the box it comes in and how it doubles as a road marker. The accessories in it are great, like the window hammer and the direct to battery connectors. The impact driver is really solid too, removed the lug nuts off all my vehicles with ease and put them back on. Overall I’m very satisfied and I didn’t expect so much for the price, this thing is a lifesaver in my business where my vehicles get flats all the time. Don’t hesitate.

I should have tested it as soon as I got it because when I needed it I found out it came with a faulty power cable. I replaced the cable and everything is working except for the light. Not a well made product.

I purposefully tested it and the pump works great, the jack works great and the electric lug wrench works great as well. Many reviews said the lug wrench is junk, but I have another one and the one that came with this jack works better. Just do not try to put the lug nut back on with it.use your wrench to get it snug and use the electric lug wrench to finish tightening. Was all a snap and easy to use! Very satisfied.

I purchased several of these jacks over the past few years. They are so incredible! The power and lift height are impressive! I recently needed to replace my 5th wheel rear support jacks, so i bought 2 Heelp 10 ton 12 volt jacks, tore the casing off and mounted them to the frame. They are so well designed, they even work upside down! 100% satisfied!!!

Exactly as described works as stated very sturdy

I orederd on 4 Aug, 2025, electric jack is good but gun wrench is not working, gun doesn’t have enough tork power to open the nut from tire. My experience says that, only electric jack is good, worth it.
