Increased intensity of workouts
I love this guy! I've been doing kickboxing and taebo for years and I finally invested in this guy. It increasing the intensity of my workout by about 25%. Definitely worth getting a good pair of gloves with a wrist strap to keep your wrist aligned. Highly recommend.
