The best watch I ever had
I really liked this watch. It's small and comfortable to wear. It got a lot of features that apple watch doesn't even have. I had this for more than one year. Now the band broke. I am going to order another one instead of finding a band replacement. I never liked wearing a watch because it's normally uncomfortable, so this is the only watch that I kept wearing.

There is not a charger you can reorder for this fit bit.
I would give this Fitbit a zero if I could. It wouldn't connect to my phone in keeping track of steps. I found out that many people don't realize in a giving very good reviews on this Fitbit is that there is no charger to order for these. I lost my charger shortly after I bought my Fitbit and I went to order another one. I couldn't find any information to replace this charger. No info on the box it came in on it as well. I went into the seller on my order and there's no information to get back to them. I found out they are Chinese manufacturers in China. I believe it's a scam because there's no charger to reorder in case your charger dies out. Customers won't find this out until the charger actually dies or they lose the charger. I went to Amazon they tried to help me find a charger for it they couldn't either. I reported this and Amazon is going to report it as well. Just be aware that there's no charger for this when you want to reorder a charger which you won't find out until many moons or unless you lose your charger like I did. I was really ticked off it's a really bad scam and people won't realize this until it's way too late to return it. You have been warned.

Incredibly good value for the money
Waited until now (2 weeks in) to review as I was dubious due to the low price for high claims. Not anymore. This is an amazing value for a surprisingly capable watch. I am hard of hearing, but when I set an alarm and it vibrates on my wrist, it wakes me perfectly. Waterproof to swim with the grandkids. Nice looking and I can control what the face looks like and have what I care about displayed. Medical info like temperature/blood pressure and oxygen absorption in number overlapping with my recent Medicare physical. Battery easily lasts well over a week with a third left after 10 days. Step counting more accurate (although sadly fewer) than my last Vivofit. Text message alerts are completely readable. It looks nice and is small enough not to spoil the look when I am wearing summer dresses. The closest thing to a fault was that it took me a bit to set up. The directions for synching to the phone could have been clearer. Was showing it off to friends, and three of them have now purchased one. At this price the risk is small.

I would look at all your options.
It works, bought the black one for my husband and the pink one for me. Pink one started looking dirty so fast. It charges pretty quickly and can do a handful of stuff but there’s better ones that can do more and are easier to use / look better for longer! Cheap though if you’re looking to monitor only a couple of things and don’t care if it starts to look dirty quick!

ETA: Steps/mileage is off after just 3 months of use
ETA: I originally gave this 4 stars, but I am unable to change it to 2 or (possibly) 3 stars. I've had this watch for about 3.5 months now. The battery still lasts for about 5 days before needing to be charged, which is great. But the steps/mileage tracker isn't correct anymore. (I compared the exact same route multiple times using a Fit app on my phone, the car oddometer, a pedometer, and a friend's brand-name more expensive smart watch.) Over the past few weeks, I've been doing the same route, but the watch is recording less steps, indicating that each step I take is 6-feet. It is not. ------------ Original title: A great fitness watch that is much cheaper than the name brands A year ago, I returned my Garmin Lily 2 because it stopped working properly after a day. I bought this much cheaper watch about a month ago and love the functionality of it. The battery lasts longer than promised, too - I charge it every 5 days. It keeps an accurate step-count, which is what I wanted most out of this watch. The instructions that come with this watch aren't that easy to understand, so you have to spend a minute trying to figure out what it means. But if you've had a smart watch before, you will get the hang of it quickly. I wish there was a way to dim the brightness when you wear it at night to bed, so that it doesn't flash brightly when you turn your wrist, but I have worked around that (by rotating it at bedtime).

Wow wow wow what a great great surprise this turned out to be..
I purchased this watch the other day because I just don't have the money to lay out at this time but needed to watch. I can't express how pleasantly surprised I am with this watch. It has everything I need I don't need all the bells and whistles. It's lightweight it's comfortable, the print big when it is the lit up large enough for you to see. Just easy to set up like you can't imagine. just people listen to me this is well worth it and fast shipping just try it you can't lose I'm telling you it's a great watch and the price point is spot on. Buy it people I recommend it 100%

Lacks functionality and the app it terrible
I've had many fitness trackers. This device tells time just fine. It also does a decent job of tracking steps. Short trips won't register, but that's not a big deal. The device is much worse when tracking other things, like pulse and sleep. It registers that you're "sleeping" any time your stationary. Sitting on the couch watching a movie? That's 50 minutes of "sleeping." Worse, the pulse readings are always behind. You could be halfway through a challenging run, and the device displays your resting heart rate. Get back from the run, and an hour later it's displaying your pulse during the run. I don't know how often the device reads pulse and resting, but it isn't useful. The app is garbage. I don't leave the "location" on my phone turned on at all times. I use it when I need it. Unfortunately, the app asks you to turn on your location every time you go to the home page. Just opening the app could force me to decline turning on location 3-4 times just to access the app. Other apps (Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) will ask once, then not ask again. This Chinese-based company wants my location every single time I use the app. Not helpful. Match that "functionality" with a device that has no stopwatch or timer, and I just don't have a use for it. I thought I might get by with an inexpensive fitness watch, but I was wrong. This device is worthless...unless all you need is a watch and a halfway-decent pedometer.

Great value smartwatch with accurate tracking
I’ve been using it for 5 days now and I’m pretty satisfied. The heart rate and sleep tracking seem accurate, and the screen is bright and easy to read. The battery is still going strong, so no worries about frequent charging. The app took a little time to set up at first, but it’s been smooth since then. The design is sleek and comfortable to wear, both for workouts and daily use. Definitely a great value for the price—highly recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly smartwatch.
