Light baby blue. Not at all how the picture shows.However it is nice and soft.

Soft and good quality
Soft changing pad cover. It's a smooth minky fabric and true white color. Easy to put on and fits my standard changing pad great. It doesn't have the slits for the straps to buckle baby but I find that it still works fine to still use the straps with them despite that. I keep them tucked under the pad when not in use.

Beautiful , soft , well made ! Great price also!!I liked it so much I also ordered one for my the bassinet and just tucked the extra fabric in . It works great for my changing pad and bassinet ! Also a fraction of the cost !! Love It!!
