Hello i am unsure of the exact replacement part i need. i have a durozone motor 24vac 60hz 2.2rpm 6w. 34 zm 071. it is attached to a supply duct.

well, if its on a round duct its a 35138, on a rectangular or square duct its a 35139, we have both on amazon. dont worry to much about it, they are the same motors can can be field adjusted to work either way.

Can I purchase the mechanical motor part only?

Not sure what you mean, but the only part available is the complete motor assembly as shown in the picture. If this is not clear, this is the replacement motor only, not a complete damper, motor is for a durozone branded rectangular damper.
