This cleanser is amaaaaazing, seriously. I had been wanting to try this cleanser for awhile and finally got the chance when a deluxe sample came in my Oct Ipsy bag (monthly beauty subscription). After using up my entire sample I ordered the full size immediately. My skin is combination and has become super sensitive and incredibly prone to breakouts. This cleanser is gentle yet effective and thoroughly cleansing the skin and removing dirt without stripping skin of moisture. It smells amazing...like real, fresh picked strawberries. The strawberry scent is not that fake strawberry scent that you'd expect in a strawberry scented product. This cleanser contains strawberry oil, which apparently acts as a natural exfoliant (which is great for anyone who has problems with abrasive exfoliants) and contains antioxidants. This cleanser is more of a gel consistency and doesn't have a bubbly or soapy lather to it. The glass bottle is really nice but not travel friendly. You only need about two pumps each use so this bottle will last quite awhile. Even though it cleans the skin beautifully, if I'm wearing makeup I remove as much of it as I can before using this cleanser. After using this cleanser for almost a month my skin has been considerably brighter and less dull, softer, with less breakouts with a considerable reduction of redness. My pores seem tighter as well, making my blackheads less significant. My makeup evens looks a lot better on my skin. I also really appreciate and love the story and philosophy behind the brand so it makes me feel good about splurging on this cleanser. I'd recommend this cleanser for anyone with sensitive skin, oily/combo skin, breakout prone skin, and dull or uneven skin tone. **Update 5/16** Be really careful with these bottles. I've broken two and they SHATTTTER into tiny pieces and invisible shards. My husband broke a third. My friend broke a 4th. The third bottle even shattered after falling and hitting a fluffy bath mat and it shattered so much that it even exploded into my second bath mat next to my shower. Had to toss both mats away (and those weren't cheap either) because the slivers of glass were just embedded into the fibers and I didn't want to take a chance in not being able to get all of it out (I've already had the displeasure of experiencing a bad infection from having a sliver of glass in my foot without realizing and ended up being hospitalized for over a week bc of it. From something else, mind you). It's a pricey break, and now that it's happened more than a few times I just can't see myself risking another. I'm not the clumsiest person, neither is my husband. Yet, these bottles of this cleanser is always the thing that breaks in the bathroom. Whether it's on the counter, on a shelf, in the medicine cabinet, or during use...it doesn't matter. It gets broken at some point and well before I've even managed to get below half of the contents. Perhaps it's a balance thing when it becomes emptier? Don't know. Just... Be aware and be careful. ***

Found this from multiple recommendations on pregnant blogs as pregnancy safe to use. I love it! The smell is amazing, my skin loves it, I’ve noticed it cleans my face really well, even exfoliates (I live in CO where I often has very dry skin and has to exfoliate often) yet since using this, my makeup sits well and this no excess dryness! Will continue to buy and use even after pregnancy.

Love how this makes my skin glow and so smooth! Im 60+, but you'd never know it from using this cleanser. It has a pleasant, light melon scent. I tried a sample and had to buy it. So happy I did!

This is the best cleanser I have ever used, period. I got a sample of this over a year ago in an Ipsy bag. I loved it so much, I just ordered my third full-size bottle. It definitely brightened my complexion, but it also has a great fruity scent that isn't too overpowering. It also doesn't over-dry my skin, which is a big problem for me. I have extra-sensitive fair skin that easily gets patchy and red if it gets too dry. The strawberry oil exfoliates without doing that to me. I also break out when my skin gets too dry, but since I've been using this + Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel moisturizer, I've had clear, awesome, soft skin. A 4 oz. bottle lasts me about 6 months, though other reviewers are right, the glass bottle isn't great for travel. But you can put some in a plastic travel container, and it doesn't really matter. I tried so many things from drug stores, department stores, etc, and wasted so much money. I hope they never stop making this! And bonus: they don't use animal products or test on animals, either!

This facial cleanser is a total game-changer! It removes all my makeup, without drying out my skin. The light strawberry scent is so refreshing—it’s like a little treat every time I wash my face. My skin feels clean, soft, and totally refreshed after each use. Highly recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who doesn’t like scented products because the strawberry scent is pretty strong—but I personally love it. This is a nice gel cleanser for the morning. For the longest time, I only rinsed my face with water in the AM because of my oily skin. But because I wear some pretty heavy night creams and serums, I wanted something to help get rid of some excess oils in the morning without stripping my skin. I’ve tried using this at night and while it still feels and smells nice, I don’t feel like it would be particularly great at removing any makeup. I would only use this at night if I ran out of my current favorite PM cleanser (purity by philosophy) and after using both micelles water and a cleansing oil/balm to remove all of my makeup first. The product does seem to dry and cake up in the dispenser really easily which can be kind of annoying. The hole where the product comes out of is really tiny and I probably have to use something like a toothpick to clean it out.

I like this cleanser a lot! Now that I am in my 60’s, I prefer a cleanser that cleans without drying and leaves my face feeling soft - and this does both. I also like the gel texture that kind of melts into my skin. I definitely think it is worth the price and I will definitely purchase it again!

Edit- yes this is THE cleanser for me but Ive switched to other beauty sites (like cult beauty) where its only half the price and the product is very fresh. The product I bought from this seller was double the price and the color of the cleanser was also different (the bottle was an old one i guess)

Smells awful! Wondering if it’s real

I’m in love with this cleanser. It really brightens your complexion. A small pump creates a lot of foam, which I love. It smells great and your face feels really clean. I will definitely order again.

Amazing product, only good ingredients, no hard chemicals. Face is nice and soft after each use. I use this product with the collagen cleaning balm from elemis.
