These work great and is really your only at home option. It only take a few days to start noticing a difference in pain and it only gets better as time goes on. The application process is very easy with the plastic applicator. I barely got any glue on my fingers and that's probably just because I put on extra nail glue. These are a bit pricey but honest its worth it. I personally think they look fine and have no problem wearing flip flops. If you are a woman, you can problem paint your nails after and hide it well. I have had no problem with them coming off but i also put on a extra layer of glue over the strips after i applied it. They are quite thin and barely even notice them anymore.
