How high do these come up on your stomach? I'm 30 weeks and wanting something that doesn't stop mid stomach.

I would go with the L/XL for sure. I am around 175 now (29 weeks) and 5'10" and this size works great for me. Normally I am closer to a medium in regular clothes, but I often size up in shapewear like this.
