Faulty Hardware
The charger would only work in certain positions for my acer predator helios 300. I had to purchase a different charger to get my laptop charging after a while.

had this charger for 1 year worked fine woke up a few days ago for it to not be working at all randomly crapped out wow

Worked for about 2 months
Worked well for a month before slowly losing the ability to charge my laptop at all. Stopped working all together after two months on my Acer Predator.

Garbage
Also got for Helios 300... if I positioned it JUST right would charge, but would stop working if I tried to play any video games.

Sadly we got this charger December 3rd 2018 and it already doesn’t work.

The Charger only worked a few months
Then I had to keep changing the position of the wires till they completely stopped working. Going with a different brand. Highly recommend not buying this brand.
